G. PETER SPIESS
Mr. Spiess has practiced law in Arizona since 1981. His practice emphasizes commercial litigation, real estate and business transactions, personal injury defense, real property tax litigation, and counseling business owners. In addition to transactions in the United States, he has also completed business transactions in Australia and Brazil.
Mr. Spiess graduated from the University of Arizona (B.S. in Business Administration, magna cum laude) and received his J.D. degree from Arizona State University, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers. He is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association (International Law and Business Law Sections), the California Bar Association, and the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Spiess is admitted to practice in Arizona, California, and the federal district courts of these states. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Spiess sat on the Board of Directors for a publicly traded company and started his own “high-tech” company, which he took public in 1992.
JAMES O. BELL
Mr. Bell has practiced law since 1979, first in Iowa, then New Mexico and, since 2004, in Arizona. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation, personal injury defense and appeals in both Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Bell graduated from the University of Iowa Law School with distinction in 1979. He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Arizona, New Mexico and Iowa and has tried numerous cases and handled many appeals in each of those states. Mr. Bell has also served as in-house Litigation Specialist for a national insurance company and as Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico.
YVONNE R. LOVE
Ms. Love practices primarily in the areas of business and real estate litigation, commercial transactions, personal injury, and employment law in both Federal and State Courts.
Ms. Love graduated from the University of Arizona in 2007 (B.A. in Anthropology and Classics), received her M.A. from the University of Phoenix in 2009, and received her J.D degree from the University of Arizona in 2014. During law school at the University of Arizona, Ms. Love served as a student advocate with the Veterans’ Advocacy Clinic and clerked with a boutique firm specializing in condemnation matters.
Ms. Love is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts of Arizona and the State Courts of Texas. She is also admitted to the Ninth Circuit.
